Stable Isotopes: new technologies, novel elements and approaches
Stable isotope analyses remain proven technologies for characterizing long term change within ecosystems. This working group will review new perspectives with traditional uses and also focus on novel technologies and approaches. These ideas on technologies will include using continuous monitoring, or continuous flow analyses, as well as laser applications or non- traditional isotopes that could be or are being employed for assessment of processes and sources within ecosystems.
